Knob Hill Partners was founded by Charlie Burckmyer and Scott Noll in 2008. Charlie and Scott both possess significant executive management experience and are passionate about building and growing small to mid-sized companies. With over 15 years of combined sales and sales management experience in the technology and financial services industries, Charlie and Scott believe in teamwork, commitment, and a unique work environment.

Scott Noll has been successful in several territory sales and sales management positions in the Boston area. In 2001, Scott was named "District Sales Manager of the Year" at NetScout Systems, Inc. and was the youngest individual to have been awarded the honor among 80 field sales representatives and systems engineers. He served as a Sales Director at Thomson Financial from 2004-2007, leading a team of sales executives selling investor relations and treasury software solutions to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies. More recently, Scott was involved with consulting engagements advising entrepreneurs such as George Gillett Jr, former majority owner of the Montreal Canadiens, GillettEvernham Motorsports (now Richard Petty Motorsports), Liverpool Football Club (U.K), Northstar Resort at Tahoe and others. Scott holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business and graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College. He and his wife live in Boston.
Charlie Burckmyer has a proven track record in sales and marketing for the technology sector. After several years in Public Relations for Fleishman-Hillard, where he worked both domestically and abroad in Munich, Germany, Charlie joined Parametric Technology Corp (PTC) in their Boston sales group. In 2004, Charlie was promoted to Sales Director for the Southeastern US, and achieved President's Club. The following year, his region held the number one position in the Americas, and in 2006, he broke the company record for single-quarter sales revenue. More recently, Charlie led a consulting engagement for EMC, investigating a strategic initiative in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Charlie holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College, and received his BA from Bucknell University. He lives in Boston.
